GROK improvise live and in recordings, usually starting with a mental image that provides a starting point for themes, lyrics and musical direction.

Live, the Wheel of Chordal Destiny can be spun to create a key. Members of the audience can also contribute words or phrases.

 

Contribute

GROK are currently looking for artists to submit works to form the starting point for songs for their next album.

The idea will be to explore the interactions between music and images, with the view to holding an exhibition and featuring the artwork as part of sleeve notes and in an online gallery.
