Girlinky Log - Popdate 21.12.01

The Girlinky world tour kicks off (and, well, ends) with a civilised late night slot at Cafe 223 in Auckland (yes, 'tis true, not all cultures insist on the universally decried early drinking up time of 11pm).

Sadly, being largely too jetlagged to recognise one instrument from another, the band content themselves with making a huge din in the echo-ey, but cosy atmosphere.

Over all too soon (well, for the groop anyway, who are working far too many hours behind the rest of the room) we all tootle off to rest our weary bods and ask who's big idea it all was anyway.
