"A gorgeously phased and over synthed bit of winsome pop-rock and it occurs to me that Girlinky are doing this art rock thing sweetly, neatly and succinctly on a tenth of the Franz Ferdinand hype and an even lesser percentage of the Surferosa budget. Check the little buggers out, and, as usual, the flip, "Heavy Hitter" is the better track as Pavement are put in mini dresses and made to play with Mambo Taxi, but nicely, eh?"
